How do I make a payment?
All of the payments for Project Sunday orders are not processed by Project Sunday but are redirected to Paypal. Whether you have a Paypal account or not you can still place your order. Paypal allows you the option to pay by logging into your own account or you can just pay by entering your credit card or debit card details into their payment field.
Do I need to open an account to make a purchase?
No, when going through the check out process there will be an option to ‘Check out as a guest’. If you would like to register an account with us for future convenience as well as the option to receive Project Sunday newsletters with updates, sales notification and promo codes you can definitely do so at that stage. Once you have registered an account it will automatically take you to the ‘Billing Information’ page and then through to payment.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email. You can always check the status of your order by signing into My Account and then selecting the option ‘My Orders’. This screen will let you know if your order has been processed, posted or completed.
How can I modify my order?
You can make modifications to your order within one hour of placing the order. Please be aware that if a modification request is made too late we may be unable to make the changes for you, including cancellations.
If you need to change your order in any way please email orders@projectsunday.com.au straight away and we should be able to assist with your modification. Please understand that if a cancellation request is made after the item is posted you will need to wear the cost of posting the item back to Project Sunday.
Item Availability?
While we try to update the site regularly to ensure correct stock numbers are reflected on each product description, if there is an instance where we realise that the item you require is out of stock we will notify you by email right away and ensure that the payment is reversed.
Do you have a Size Guide?
Depending on the garment the measurements for each item may vary so what we have done is included the measurements for each item in the product description. If the measurement you require is not included please email enquiries@projectsunday.com.au with the product name, product code and what measurement you require.
I want to make a purchase but don't have a credit card
Paypal is our main method of accepting payments, which you can link to your savings account, debit card or credit card.

Discount Codes
From time to time we may offer promotional codes to customers who have registered an account with Project Sunday and who have authorised newsletters, promotions etc to be sent to their email.
These codes can then be entered into the ‘Discount Code’ section for the applied discount.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, click onto the ‘Forgot your password?’ link when logging in and follow the instructions to change it. We will email you a new password to the email address used to sign up to Project Sunday.
